In order to be cleared to participate in athletics for the 2020-2021 school year, all athletes must have a completed and up to date physical on file. Follow these three easy steps to complete your athletic clearance:

All student-athletes must complete an additional survey when expected to be physically present on-campus especially for athletic activities. After completion of this survey, you must show certification to the coach.
This is a safety precaution for student-athletes to complete passive screening as well as approval to practice and physically be present on campus.
